Aeryn has spent years studying the quiet ways a woman's body holds what her mind has tried to push through. HER Reset is the workshop she wished existed when she was first beginning to understand that her own symptoms (the sleep, the tension, the inexplicable emotional days) were not separate puzzles, but one system asking to be listened to.

The room she runs is small, intentional, and warm. You will not be performed at. You will be met.

Before you decide.

I'm completely new to this. Will I be lost?

No. The workshop is framed as an accessible introduction. You don't need a background in neuroscience or somatics. We translate the science into the body you actually live in.

How long is the workshop, and what should I wear?

Four hours, with breaks. Wear something you can sit, lie down, and breathe in comfortably. The body work is gentle. There is no jumping or sweating.

Is this only for women in their 30s and 40s?

No. The work is built around the female nervous system across life stages, from women in their early 20s to women navigating perimenopause, motherhood, or post-menopause.

Can I come if I'm currently in therapy or under medical care?

Yes. The workshop is educational and somatic, not a replacement for clinical care. It is designed to complement, not contradict, what you are already doing for yourself.

What if I want to gift this and not attend with her?
