Exercise is one of the simplest and easiest way for children to learn and grow, especially teenagers.

What are the benefits of exercise for young people?
Physical growth during adolescence is the fastest. Exercise bring sufficient oxygen and nutrients to all organs in the body to promote growth and development.
Exercise can improve the body’s metabolism, promote bone growth, increase bone density, strengthen muscles, improve heart and lung function, and increase lung capacity.

Due to our sedentary life, kids and teenager may stay in bad posture and they are not aware of it. Exercise helps to Improve and correct their posture.
Exercise can also bring a sense of pleasure, relieve tension, and reduce the pressure from their studies.
Physical exercise can improve the function of the nervous system, enhance memory and reaction ability, and improve learning efficiency.
Help young people to form optimistic mood and cheerful personality, reduce and avoid the phenomenon of depression and anxiety.
The development of emotional and social skills is very important in adolescence. In sports, young people can cultivate good qualities such as being brave, being confident and being positive in their life.

8 classes in two months
In the class, we start from understanding the fundamentals of exercise, then we go into foam rolling, stretching, strengthening and also quiet moment.
This is a process to help them build a correct approach and attitude towards their exercise. By doing this, the risk of injuries will reduce and they will get to enjoy the optimum benefit of exercise.
