很庆幸最后一秒还是决定了上这个课,不只是动作,关于人体上的呼吸,发力和平时体态都会造成身体发生很多病变。从而造成身体肌肉酸痛和肥胖等等问题。上了这四天课程,让我对这一环节人体解剖还想继续深入了解。这都是武老师厉害。而这一次同学里很多男同学都是健身教练,别看他们大大个而当大家在练习时,核心发力原来女同学不输男同学的。。。
