Pilates For Teens – Single Registration

Participants must be at least 150 cm (4'11") tall to ensure proper use of Pilates equipment.

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations of the participant(s) during registration. Bhumi Lifestyle reserves the right to decline participation if the disclosed condition may compromise the participant’s safety.

Payment must be completed via bank transfer or DuitNow to confirm the booking. Slots will only be reserved after payment proof is received.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or missed sessions. In the event of studio closure due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be arranged.

Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. Parents/guardians are responsible for pick-up and drop-off arrangements. Proper attire of activewear and non-slip socks are required for safety.

Bhumi Lifestyle and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3. Parents/guardians indemnify and hold harmless Bhumi Lifestyle, its owners, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the program. 4. Parents/guardians confirm that the participant meets the height requirement of 150 cm or above for the safety use of Pilates Apparatus.

By registering, parents/guardians consent photos/videos may be taken by Bhumi Lifestyle during the program for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out.

Bhumi Lifestyle reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or program structure as needed.
