Join us for a special Pink October Pilates event in support of breast cancer awareness and wellness.

Venue: Bhūmi Pavilion Damansara Heights (Level 4, Lot 4.15.01)
Total classes: 29 classes
Class Format: Group Pilates Classes (Reformer / Ladder Barrel / Wunda Chair / Gym Circuit)
Ticket Fee: RM88 per class (complimentary Pilates Ring, first come first serve basis)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The 3-day class entry ticket is only valid for classes scheduled within the allocated event dates (16–18 October 2026).
- Any unused or unbooked ticket will be considered utilised and non-refundable after the event.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All proceeds from the 3-day class entry ticket will go towards supporting underprivileged B40 breast cancer patients at PPUM (University Malaya Medical Centre).

HOW TO REGISTER
1/ Complete the registration form below and submit your details.
2/ Scan QR code and make payment to PPUM CARE account according to the provided payment instructions.
3/ Our team will verify your payment.
4/ Once payment is verified, a booking link will be sent to you via WhatsApp/email.
5/ Use the booking link to select your preferred class date and time, subject to availability.
6/ Your booking will be confirmed once the class selection is completed.
