Course Overview
This 3-day intensive training is designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and ready-to-use class templates to teach effective, safe, and engaging Pilates Reformer group classes. The focus will be on delivering clear, simple instructions in English, adapting to different student levels, and creating a warm, professional group class experience.

Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will:

Understand and deliver three types of Reformer group classes: Lower Body, Abs & Spine, and Upper Body.

Gain confidence in teaching in English with clarity and structure.

Learn effective cueing techniques for alignment, target muscle activation, and variations (regression & progression).

Master group class dynamics: interaction, adjustments, encouragement, and creating a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Prioritize safety and learn to recognize risk-prone movements for beginners.

Practice extensively with constructive feedback from trainers.

Have the opportunity to audition for teaching opportunities at Bhumi.

Day 1: Lower Body Focus (Legs & Glutes)
